SYNC Summer reading/listening Program

The free SYNC summer reading/listening program for teens starts next week - May 5th. Each week for 15 weeks, two audio books will be available free for download. That’s 30 books! These books are FREE for students to download. They don’t even have to listen to them right away or in order. Once they download the books, they are on their device until students are ready to listen.

In order to get the books, students will need to download the free OverDrive app. (You, too!) It would be best for students to download the app before May 5th! It’s available in the Apple and Google stores.

For more information and to get a complete list of the books that will be available, go to www.AudioBookSYNC.com

PARENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

Dear Parent,
Please take a few minutes and complete this Parent Satisfaction Survey to help provide this feedback. Once the survey is complete, the results will be analyzed by an outside organization. The data from the survey will be sent to each school and the Superintendent. Then, the results of the survey will be shared with parents and the community through the Superintendent’s Office. I will also share school data with our staff and parent organizations.

Is Your Student Ready for 7th Grade ???

Before your student can start the 7th grade they are required to have a TDAP booster. It is not too early to take care of this requirement. Your student may receive the immunization at the Escambia County Health Department (Fairfield Dr 595-6554 N Palafox 484-5755). Appointments are required, but the shots are FREE. The immunizations MUST be on a Florida Immunization Record Form (DH680 form).

Bring in your immunization forms to the school as soon as possible.
