Student Menu Survey Click on the above link to access the Focus Portal. Students/Parents can log in using the student's 6 digit student number and 6 digit date of birth. As schedules are completed, they will be posted in the Focus Portal. Schedule changes can not be made at this time. Science tutoring is happening on Wednesday afternoons until 5 p.m. and Friday mornings from 8:15-9:10 a.m. Math tutoring varies, please check with individual math teachers for their schedule. RETURN BLUE & YELLOW EMERGENCY CARDS Please send back the blue check out card and the yellow clinic card with correct information and sign both of these. This information is very important in case of an emergency. This is the test students will take this school year to replace the FCAT in the areas of Reading/Language Arts and Math. This website, FSA, has information about the test with a section for parents and students. There are also some practice tests for students to complete.
8th Grade Dance - May 2nd
The 8th grade dance will be Saturday May 2nd from 7 - 10 pm at the UWF auditorium located in the Commons. The theme is "An Enchanted Evening." Tickets cost $10/student or $8/PTSA student member and will be sold during lunch Monday April 20th - Friday May 1st.
Tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.
Tickets are available to 8th grade FPMS students ONLY.
Attire should follow school dress code. No bare midriffs and No short, short dresses.

Is Your Student Ready for 7th Grade ???Before your student can start the 7th grade they are required to have a TDAP booster. It is not too early to take care of this requirement. Your student may receive the immunization at the Escambia County Health Department (Fairfield Dr 595-6554 N Palafox 484-5755). Appointments are required, but the shots are FREE. The immunizations MUST be on a Florida Immunization Record Form (DH680 form). Bring in your immunization forms to the school as soon as possible. NO SHOTS means NO SCHOOL.
