Is your student ready for 7th grade?????
Before your student can start the 7th grade they are required to have a TDAP booster. It is not too early to take care of this requirement. Your student may receive the immunization at the Escambia County Health Department (Fairfield Dr 595-6554 N Palafox 484-5755). Appointments are required, but the shots are FREE. The immunizations MUST be on a Florida Immunization Record Form (DH680 form).
Bring in your immunization forms to the school as soon as possible.
NO SHOTS means NO SCHOOL.
Science tutoring is happening on Wednesday afternoons until 5 p.m. and Friday mornings from 8:15-9:10 a.m. Math tutoring varies, please check with individual math teachers for their schedule.
This is the test students will take this school year to replace the FCAT in the areas of Reading/Language Arts and Math. The website, www.flassessments.com, has information about the test with a section for parents and students. There are also some practice tests for students to complete.
Please send back the blue check out card and the yellow clinic card with correct information and sign both of these.
This information is very important in case of an emergency.
Please join PTSA! Envelopes are available in the front office. PTSA membership is $5.00 - Thank you for supporting our PTSA!
7th Graders must have TDAP shot
Florida Immunization record: Shots must be up-to-date. 7th & 8th grade students MUST HAVE TDAP. For the protection of your child’s health, students are NOT allowed in class without proper immunization and form DH680 provided by the health department. Students are not allowed to start school without this shot.
